Gary, I wanted you to know how much Jina and I are enjoying our home. We prefer to be around people and things that reflect a commitment to quality and the house you provided us does that. We're completing our 4th month since closing and yet it's still a joy to walk in the door. The craftsmanship and care you put into the construction is just as remarkable to us today as when we first moved in. Normally, one would expect some "hidden" or at least pre-existing problem to surface during this period but that's not been the case.Everything has been as you stated it was and has remained in working order. Though I've had few reasons to call on you, whenever I did, you have been extremely attentive with timely responses and answers to any of my questions. The combination of the house itself and the customer service we've received after the sale has made our experience an extremely positive one.
